If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained house to rent, then you’ve come to the right place! We have a number of fully equipped houses for rent in the following North Metro areas of Atlanta:

Most of our rental homes are are 2-3 bedroom homes, with 1-2 bathrooms and come with all the appliances, including a washer and dryer. No more trips to the laundromat!



Some of our houses have a covered carport with storage or a garage, and many have fully-fenced yards. We are PET FRIENDLY and accept most well-behaved animals, for a non-refundable pet fee. We pride ourselves on providing sparkling-clean houses that have been well maintained. Our property management team is easy to contact and will respond quickly to your needs.

All of our rentals require a 1 year signed lease, first month’s rent and a refundable security deposit at the time of move-in. We also offer an optional Yard Maintenance Plan (for an additional yearly charge) for renters who don’t want to handle the landscaping and lawn care themselves
